Crystal Pretty Lit – Returns & Exchanges

At Crystal Pretty Lit, we craft each piece with care, and we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Elegantly Simple Returns

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Personalized items, final sale pieces, or items that have been altered cannot be returned.
• Please handle fur, jewelry, and heels with care to maintain their pristine condition.

Effortless Process

1. Contact our concierge team at crystalprettylit@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and a brief reason for return.
3. We will provide a return authorization and detailed instructions.
4. Ship the item back securely with tracking to ensure a smooth return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

 

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.
